Intellectual Property

The Services and all materials contained on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of 1631 Digital or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any materials on the Services for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 1631 Digital. We do not own nor are responsible for client-provided assets, photos, logos, images, copywriting, content or any resources. You must own all assets provided to 1631 Digital.

Termination

1631 Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services and destroy any copies of materials you have obtained from the Services.

Liability

1631 Digital will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. 1631 Digital will not be liable for any damages related to the use or property infringement on client-provided assets, photos, logos, videos, copywriting, or resources. It is assumed that all property provided to 1631 Digital is owned by the entity or person providing it.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to the Terms

1631 Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes have been made will be deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
